Different Vitamins, Different Benefits

Cosmetics producers always insert vitamins to supplement the functions of their products. Identify the function of vitamins is to know what are the uses, sources, other names, and functions internally. Here's an explanation from Rona Berg from his book, Beauty: The New Basic.

Vitamin A
Internally, is required for normal growth, development, and renewal of skin cells, maintaining skin tissue, red blood cells, and maintain the health of the body's immune system. Also as an antioxidant. The best source comes from the egg yolks, milk, fish oil, margarine, and liver. Its function is to skin; flatten the skin color of the face, reduce fine lines, helping epidermal turnover, can make the skin more elastic, often included in recipes to help acne and psoriasis, and help to replace skin cells.
Other Names: Retinol, Retinyl acetate, Retinyl proprionate, Retinyl Palmitate, also known as Retin-A, Renova.
