Different Vitamins, Different Benefits

Cosmetics producers always insert vitamins to supplement the functions of their products. Identify the function of vitamins is to know what are the uses, sources, other names, and functions internally. Here's an explanation from Rona Berg from his book, Beauty: The New Basic.

Vitamin A

Vitamin C

Vitamin F
The body needs these fatty acids as the basic foundation of the skin. Can be obtained from flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, black grapes, safflower oil, borage oil, grains, and linolenic acid. Vitamin K
