- Reduced appetite due to reduced ability to sense of taste
- Frequent yawning and drowsiness occur
If the body and mind has felt tired and exhausted, you should give time for the body to fill the energy back for example by doing a little nap, meditate or eat some foods that can provide energy for the body.
