Treatment with Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has long been recognized as an important ingredient in the treatment thanks to the gel and latex produced the thick-leaved plants. Gel is a clear slimy substance that is obtained when the plants break down. While latex is derived from the yellow layer just beneath the skin leaves.

Aloe vera can be consumed by cutting the meat into cubes and cook with water and syrup, then served as a dessert. Alternatively, the consumption of aloe vera as a juice.


Consumption of aloe vera can help overcome some of the following disorders:



+ Burn
The use of aloe vera cream to help treat wounds caused by burns. Research in 2009 found 30 patients with second-degree burns that using aloe vera cream, cured with a bit of the former in less than 16 days. The study was published in The New York Times.
 


+ High cholesterol and hyperlipidemia
According to the National Institutes of Health, the consumption of 10-20 milliliters of aloe vera every day can lower cholesterol by about 15 percent. Levels of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) also decreased by about 18 percent. The decrease also occurs in approximately 25-30 percent triglyceride levels, in patients with hyperlipidemia. 

+ Thrush
 Mayo Clinic Research proving, applying aloe vera gel to help the healing of canker sores and help reduce pain.

+ Diabetes
National Institutes of Health reports, aloe vera can lower blood sugar levels in diabetics. Two research shows that consumption of aloe vera gel may lower blood sugar levels in women with type 2 diabetes. However, the same result was not obtained by other studies.

+ Digestion
Aloe vera juice is recognized to be a health drink since 2013. Aloe vera contains vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, B3, B6, and folic acid. Aloe vera is also included in the little plants with B12, which helps the brain and nervous system. In addition, aloe vera helps aid digestion.
