Due Arising If Body Too Tired

The body is tired or exhausted can be caused by many factors, like most activities, an hour less sleep, stress, depression, the influence of weather, disease certain until the many thoughts that could lead to pressure for the body.

If you already like it, give your body time to rest and unseen. Since the body is too tired to have a negative effect.

"By making some changes and the rest generally feeling tired and exhausted will be reduced, but if the symptoms are still there you should consult your doctor," says Dr. Fryhofer, MD, a physician in internal medicine in Atlanta, as quoted from AOLHealth, Friday (11 / 2 / 2011).

  












Dr. Fryhofer said to overcome the body that are not easily tired people are advised to make changes in their lifestyles once every 2-3 weeks, eating healthy foods, taking a multivitamin if you're a lot of activity and reduce consumption of caffeine and alcohol.

There are several effects that arise if the body and mind are exhausted:

  1. The body becomes weak and sometimes accompanied by shortness of breath
  2. Endurance or decreased immune so easily affected by infectious diseases like flu or cough
  3. The reduced level of concentration and attention on something that might be affected by the lack of intake of blood and oxygen to the brain 
  4. Reduced appetite due to reduced ability to sense of taste 
  5. Frequent yawning and drowsiness occur
If the tiredness that comes not because of medical factors or disease, then perform adequate rest and exercise can make the body become more fresh and not easily tired. But the exercise selected should not that be too heavy, for example by cycling, jogging or walking around the house.

If the body and mind has felt tired and exhausted, you should give time for the body to fill the energy back for example by doing a little nap, meditate or eat some foods that can provide energy for the body.
